From enterprise integrations to hands-on AI development

I spent four years as a Technical Business Analyst at Dealertrack (Cox Automotive), leading API-based partner integrations for a digital retailing platform used by thousands of dealerships nationwide — architecting integration plans, running Postman and Splunk diagnostics, and managing partners through the full lifecycle from pre-sales through production go-live.

In 2019 I left to found Safe Haven Sober Living, a multi-property residential operation under contract with Nassau County Social Services. Running it meant owning every piece myself — intake, billing, compliance, case work — and living with how much of it ran on spreadsheets, paper files, and manual processes that broke under real pressure.

So I built SafeHavenCRM to run it instead. That grew into building custom software for other operators — AI implementation, custom CRMs, automated workflows and reminders, AI-generated summaries with Claude, and Twilio integrations for calls and texts — for people who didn't want to overpay an agency, or didn't know where to start.
